Ready for Board Women: Engaging Men
Key takeaways from this year’s “Ready-for-Board Women” event, which took place on 29 February 2012, at Assolombarda, include the following:
- A new Advisory Board has been created, involving business leaders focusing on the mobilization of men who make key decisions on boards
- The RFBW list will be digitalized and available on-line with quarterly updates
- Four workshops have been organized throughout the year. They will be conducted by Bonelli Erede Pappalardo and / Valdani Vicari & Associati, Ernst & Young, D’Antona & Partners and Simona Cuomo of SDA Bocconi
- The RFBW project will be extended at an international level, with the involvement of the French and British networks
- RFBW has gained the support of the “Ordine dei commercialisti di Milano”
