About Diana Saraceni
Diana is general partner and co-founder of 360° Capital Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in innovation at full scale, in Europe, especially in France and Italy. Her current and past company involvements are focused on the clean tech, medical device, digital and retail sectors including such firms as CO.Import (IT), Mutuionline (IT), Euroffice (UK), Nanomuscle (US), Electro Power Systems (IT), Invendo (Ger), BMEye (Ne), Biolase (IT), NSE (IT) and Thereson (IT).

Before joining the venture capital Industry in 2001, Diana was a senior advisor at Lazard Investment Banking, where she was part of the Technology Team and primarily worked on M&A transactions and IPOs. Prior to Lazard, Diana was a strategic consultant with A.T. Kearney in Milan and London. Diana serves on several national and international selection committees. She co-founded and is now chairing the International Venture Club.

Diana graduated in Engineering, received an MBA from LUISS of Rome and is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish. She enjoys backpack travelling, dancing, sailing and auteur cinema but her main passion is her family which she co-founded with her husband Renato. The three most recent additions to the team are Francesca, Massimo e Riccardo.
